So, I was eating some fish and chips this evening (not home cooked, and they DID cost the Earth!) and decided to squirt some tomato ketchup onto my plate. I picked up a squeezy bottle (none of your 1970s glass nonsense these days) when I noticed under the Heinz logo that a little slogan (read: clue) has been inserted. It read 'Grown, not made' which, as we all know, (in Tewwance Dicks speak) is a clear signal that zygon technology is in operation. I do believe that it can only mean that tomatoes are zygon foodstuffs, and I now fear that any recipe in the good book which includes these evil things must surely be a part of some terrifying attack!
Has anyone noticed anything strangerous (an amalgam of 'strange' and 'dangerous') going on in thier kitchens recently?
Jon Pertwee vs Vincent Price. Who is the hero, and who the villain? This battle could cost the Earth!
A zygon once leapt out at me in the kitchen so I beat the shit out of it and buried it in the garden. This was several decades ago. The zygon was disguised as my father. Sadly, we never saw him again. I haven't noticed anything odd about tomatoes though.
